Dr. Joannishka Dsani
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Dr. Joannishka Dsani has over seven years of experience strengthening the relationship between civil society and the veterinary industry in Ghana. She’s a Ghana-Russia Bilateral Cooperation Agreement Scholar and a U.S. Government Mandela Washington Fellow.
As a practicing veterinarian in Ghana, she co-founded a social initiative that re- homed and provided care for abandoned animals.
Joannishka hopes to continue her work in introducing innovation and modern technology to Ghana’s veterinary industry and promoting policies that will give space to animal rights in Ghana.
She currently conducts Research with the One Health and Urban Transformation Graduate School of the University of Bonn, Germany.

Former Chair, Department of Veterinary Pathology, University of Ibadan, Nigeria, Professor of Avian pathology and vaccinology, Pan African University of Life and Earth science, Ibadan, Nigeria.
Presently, Dean, School of Veterinary Medicine, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, (KNUST) Kumasi, Ghana. Associate Editor, Heliyon Biology (Elsevier), Frontiers of Veterinary Science (Experimental and Veterinary Diagnostic pathology section) Deputy Editor in-Chief, African Journal of Biomedical Research (Scopus indexed).

Dr. Constance Li
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Dr. Constance Li founded a telehealth company in order to earn-to-give to impactful initiatives to help animals. Previously, she led a successful cage-free egg campaign at Rutgers University and helped co-found the volunteer-based TNR group, Northwest Philly Cat Trappers. She also serves as the Strategic Advisor to Impactful Animal Advocacy.
Her advisory role at Animal Welfare League is backed by her entrepreneurial experience and extensive connections within the animal advocacy movement, cultivated over two decades of involvement.
