Over 350,000 laying hens committed to cage-free housing in Ghana

Since the beginning of 2023, the Animal Welfare League has been working with egg producers and other stakeholders in the poultry industry to end the abuse of chickens in factory farms. Through our work, over 350,000 hens have been committed to cage-free lives through the National Cage-Free Farmers’ Network.
