Our educational campaigns seek to create awareness, inform decision-making and help erase certain retrograde perceptions towards animals and their place in our communities and lives. In doing so, we engage people at various stages of life by organizing talks about animals in basic and senior high schools and writing news articles about welfare issues in Ghana.
Recently, we held one of our animal welfare education campaigns at the Learner’s Educational Complex, Apemso, a private basic school in Kumasi. We had the opportunity to engage and educate over 100 pupils about animals and the need to protect them in our communities now and in the future.
